Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, free of charge.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at [your support email] with your Order ID.
  • You can either choose to receive a full refund or life-long store credit. The full refund will be initiated within 3 working days.
  • Bespoke or custom-made jewellery cannot be cancelled once design approval and payment are confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

At Amantis, we offer 7-day return window, no questions asked—because confidence in your purchase is part of the experience and your peace of mind matters as much as our craftsmanship.

We also accept returns , if the item received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at wecare@amantis.in along with unboxing video/photos for verification.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
  • Bespoke and personalised jewellery is non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Upon approval, you may opt for:
    • Repair or replacement, or
    • Store credit, valid for future purchases.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at wecare@amantis.in  within 24 hours of receiving the parcel for issues related to damaged or wrong item received.
  • Include your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos.
  • Once approved, we will schedule a secure pickup or share return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued except in cases where a return is approved and a replacement is unavailable.
  • Any refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
