How long does the bespoke process take?
Creating a bespoke piece is a journey of understanding your vision and translating it into timeless jewellery. On average, the process takes around 4 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and your approvals at each stage. We take the time to ensure every detail reflects your dream perfectly.
Can I use my old gold or heirloom stones?
Yes , ofcourse. We understand that every piece of jewelry is a memento and carries emotional value.
Do you provide design revisions?
Yes, we provide 5 design revisions at sketch level and 2 design revisions at CAD level. Additional revisions are chargeable.
Is the consultation free?
Its a premium service, which involves great level of skills & efficiency. We charge a nominal charge of Rs.5000 for initiating the process and is then reimbursed against your order value.
