Exchange and Buy Back Policy

  • We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made within India.
  • Shipping charges for Lifetime exchange & BuyBack services shall be payable by customers
  • The product, along with the original product certificate can be returned for buy-back or exchanged on the basis of its current market value. 
  • In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal and stone value or a free gift, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the Exchange amount.
  • A copy of your invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange/buyback.
  • In case of loss of original product certificate, the recertification cost shall be payable by customer.
  • If precious stones are discovered to be damaged, both the buyback and exchange programs have a 0% value applicable.
