Order Processing Time:

Once the order has been placed and our team has confirmed the same, we ship within 2-3 weeks anywhere in India.

Shipping Locations :


At Amantis, we ship anywhere in India and globally. Please check if we deliver to Your pin code in the shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in Your area, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place different orders for shipment to multiple destinations.

As per RBI standards, we only accept cash on delivery for orders under Rs. 49,999, and if the buyer demands a return, we will request their account details and refund the amount solely to their account.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Domestic Orders:

  • Free shipping within India.
  • For every delivery the logistics partners may compulsorily ask for a valid identity proof while delivering the shipment. 
  • If the item is open or otherwise tampered with, do not accept it. Take a photo and send it to us at wecare@amantis.in and we will then take the necessary steps.
  • We offer Free return shipping up to 7 (seven) days from the order delivery date. The shipping charges incurred within 7 days will be on us.  
  • Shipping Charges for any other returns, buyback, exchange service related matters will be be borne by customer.

International Orders:

  • All shipments of Jewellery exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian Customs office.
  • Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorised officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination, and assessment and only then delivered to Your shipping address. The Package will be opened for inspection at customs office & resealed.
  • You will find the package sealed with a label saying ‘opened for Customs’.
  • For international orders, you have to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order.
  • custom duty & taxes levied by the destination country has to be borne by You and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Change of Address

At Amantis, we understand that sometimes changes happen. If you need to update the shipping address for your order, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Change requests must be submitted within 5 days of order placement date. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
  • To request a change, please email us at orders@amantis.in  or contact our customer care team with your Order ID and the new address.
  • Address changes are subject to verification for security reasons. In some cases, we may require additional confirmation to process the update.
  • ​​Amantis is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
